Kriya Yoga is an ancient technique consisting of meditation, energy, and breath control (Pranayama). Ancient yogis discovered that they could move life energy current up and down the spine, accelerating spiritual evolution and healing the mind & body. This life energy is known as ‘Prana’. It is a universal energy that flows through energy channels known as nadis or meridians. Paramahamsa Yogananda’s teachings not only allowed Steve Jobs to develop a deep personal connection with the divine, but also to realize his full potential as a human being and build a trillion dollar company that revolutionized the world of technology. And he’s not the only one who was inspired by authentic spiritual teachings of this lineage. George Harrison, the lead guitarist from the Beatles, was too, devoted to Yogananda’s Kriya Yoga teachings and spent time at SRF retreats (Self-Realization Fellowship founded by Yogananda). After experiencing an abundance of money and fame, he started to search for a deeper meaning of life which lead him to...
